My DCWV Garden Party has been much neglected. I thought I would try to use these glittery papers for a card. Jacksonbelle has a sketch challenge this week, so I used their sketch. I made 3 cards like this.
My mom likes to sew. She has made several outfits & jackets for my niece and nephews when they were younger. My niece is now 18yo, but passed down some of these outfits for my dds. While we waited for the bus yesterday morning, I followed the girls around our front yard trying to snap pictures. Here is Kathryn in her zebra jumper she wore to school yesterday.
And this is Julia (who was in constant motion) in a cute plaid dress. They are sew cute!
And from the scraps of my 3 cards I eeked out one more card...
Happy Saturday!

Wow, sew adorable. Way to go---using every last scrap to create. You would never be able to tell that you were just using up the extra pieces to make that last card!
Your girls look adorable. Taylor is a mover too. Not constant but tough with sitting for circle etc. I think of you often!
Love your cards!!!! Your girls are too sweet!!
Lovely, lovely cards and BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL girls!

OMG--the dresses look so good, and I'm sure your mom will be making more!
Great job with the sketch! Love your card:)
ok, see, this is where the whole "math thing" kicks in for you (& sadly leaves me behind!) you are able to figure out, whilst planning the *FIRST* card, what to cut and at which size, to make SEVERAL CARDS! this is a brilliant skill!!! (i suspect that ppl who have it don't even know it *IS* a skill...you probably need to NOT have it to realize that!)
apart from the cleverness involved, these are just sooooooooo very, VERY beautiful! (& i especially love the "EEKER"!!! ♥♥♥
Love how you were able to get all of those cards from those pretty papers ... fabulous sketch design.
Beautiful cards and agree with Lauren, you are so good to plan and create similar and several cards and the all look stunning. Girls looking beautiful in their outfits.
