Echo Pard NSD challenge

  A super quick card!  I used Echo Park's "Paradise Beach" element stickers (sun and sentiment banner) and I used my Fiskars cloud punches on Paradise Beach "Paradise" paper.  I added gems and foam tape for dimension.

  I am entering this in Echo Park's National Scrapbook Day challenge "Summer Card Project Contest."
