Blue Christmas at Jingle Belles

I am feeling anything but blueLauren and Stef at Jingle Belles have asked me to be their guest designer this week.  They invited me to set the challenge, and I chose "Blue Christmas."  I am an Elvis Presley fan, and I often play his Christmas album all year long.  Won't you join the Belles?  Create a Christmas card with blue as the predominant color and link your card to the Jingle Belles challenge blog.

Jingle Belles is one of my favorite challenge blogs.  I try to play along every week when I am able.  I am usually excited to make theme cards when a holiday approaches (Valentine's Day, Easter, Halloween, Christmas, etc.), but after creating a few, I am ready to move on to the next holiday.  That is why I think Lauren and Stef are brilliant; by creating one card each week I am still excited about creating and I already have 27 Christmas cards for Christmas 2011!  I have found the other participants (aka "Belles") to be some of the nicest bloggers on the planet.  I hope you will join in as often as you can...I promise that it will ease your holiday stress in December and you will have FUN!

Cricut cartridge:  Winter Frolic (branches border p.63)

I saw this card a few minutes ago on the my Google feed for Jingle Belles. I hadn't paid much attention to any names I saw, just the cards and I LOVED this one. Saw YOUR post and put two and two together to equal something close enough to four to want to comment on your blog. :) Congrats on the fab card, challenge and already having 27 cards ready to go!
