Hi June ... thank you so much for your advice ... I really appreciate it ... of course we don't have a Michaels but I do have re-positional spray which my friend uses on her cricut mat with great results ... also our card stock is measure by GSM not lbs .. so I had to alter the blade accordingly ...
Like lots of things ... just takes some getting used too
