I *heart* these Echo Park "a walk in the PARK" papers. I want to hoard them, but I also have more fun creating with papers that I am excited about. I have wanted to make a flower pot card ever since I first saw one at split coast stampers about 2 years ago. To be honest, it kind of intimidated me. I'm not sure why, because it was super easy to make. (I watched Elaine's video tutorial.)
I used the Cricut Lite "Bloom" cartridge for the fancy tag and flowers. The fancy tag and its layers were cut at 3/4", and all flowers were cut at 1 1/2". The scallop border and little leaves are an SU! border punch and sizzlit die. I fussy cut the butterfly from an Echo Park paper. The "mom" sentiment are Echo Park stickers.
On the inside I stamped a butterfly (SU! Great Friend set) and "happy mother's day" (SU! Teeny Tiny Wishes.)
This was so much fun to do. I am going to enter this in the following challenges:
Fantabulous Cricut: #57 Mom's the Word
Die Cuttin Divas: #12 Mother's Day is on the Way!
I hope you are having fun today!
