Thanks a Ton!

I am completely enamored with Artful Delight's monthly scrapbook kits.  This card is made from papers in the August Artful Delight kit.  When I saw this fun Authentique paper my brain thought, "Morocco...Africa...elephant!"  It is helpful to me to have a kit to create from; the coordinating papers are chosen for you.  Only the rub-on sentiment from my stash.

Supplies:
Cricut cartridge:  Everyday Pop-Up cut @ 4"; Elegant Edges cut @ 4"
Paper:  Authentique "Voyage"; blue card stock; ivory card stock
Punch:  Martha Stewart (grass)
Sentiment:  American Crafts miniMARKS rub-ons "Kate"
Embossing folder:  Cuttlebug Morroccan Screen and Distressed Stripes by Provo Craft

Another really cute card! I still think my favorite is the fairy and frog :) IThank you for stopping by my blog and following - Its a pretty slow blog in comparison to most but I am trying. Now on to the name Renaud How cool. Where did your great great grandfather come from? I am doing a family heritage album and researching it as I go along. My grandparents came to the US from Quebec. I know they didn't change the name but changed how it was pronounced. Americans they said couldn't see an 'aud' and say 'o'. It is suppose to be pronounced Reno. Not like the city in Nevada but like the bird wren and then o. Boy I ramble alot sorry Talk to you soon Yvonne

Hello June!
I am hopping the Pumpkin Spice Hop today. Thought I would stop by to say hi and of course you have another fabulous card showcased today! I LOVE IT! The patterns are beautiful, a perfect sentiment for the cut, that elephant is awesome and now that I've seen this and the hot air balloon, I think I need that cart! Thanks for the inspiration (and the need to shop...hehe)! Have a great Saturday!

I agree with the kit thing. We had a kit week over at Shopping our Stash, and I opened a Taylored Expressions kit to use. I must have made a bazillion cards and I still have paper left. All you need is a sentiment.

Now if I didn't have a whole ROOM full of paper and ribbon, a kit or two a month for me would be perfect.

June this is amazing! When I was little there was a huge elephant like that in a town we would visit. Your card reminded me of a wonderful childhood memory. Thanks!
