3D Breast Cancer Awareness challenge at Cut It Up

In order to promote 3D mammography, our challenge this week at Cut It Up is to create a card for breast cancer awareness that has a 3D element.  This owl was printed and die cut using a Silhouette Cameo.
I fussy cut a few layers and popped up on foam tape to create a 3D owl.  I also used glossy accents on his irises for a 3D effect.  Other supplies include:  Echo Park paper "Head Over Heels"; SU card stock; Tim Holtz "worn lipstick" distress ink.
Our sponsor for this challenge is As Cute as a Button.  You could win a $20 coupon code if you win!

Now it's your turn to create a 3D project for breast cancer awareness; you could make a side-step card, an easel card, a card with a pop-up element...use your creativity!  Link your project at Cut It Up challenges.  See you there!

Happy Friday!

Like your Breast cancer Owl creation in 3D with popping the Owl up & giving it a Breast Cancer symbol wrapped around the neck.

Hooting the message of the importance of a 3D mammogram. Great job and message too!

That luscious ribbon looks like a nice, warm scarf for your little owl. I love all the layers!
