Warm Woolie Wishes

This week's Jingle Belles challenge (use felt) was more of a challenge than a sketch! My subconscious has been working on what I would do, and then I remembered I had some BasicGrey Woolies and an idea emerged...a non-traditional card. Okay, well maybe not. I did still go with reds and green with a touch of navy and yellow. I was also inspired by:

The Paper Players
CPS card sketches
CardPatterns
Cardabilities

Other supplies:
BasicGrey June Bug 6x6 papers
Spellbinders Nestabilities Labels 3
Bazzill card stock (navy)
Heidi Swapp bling
SU border punch

Who doesn't love a tartan plaid for the holidays ... and how perfect does it coordinate with that woolie bloom ... fantastic holiday card (which could also work as a thank-you note if you get enough holiday cards done ... a double-bonus in my book) ... thanks for joining our jingle belles journey.

Poifection! Isn't it fun (and yes, maddening) how our brains think about these challenges all. day. long?

And I, too, agree, that the tartan is VERY Christmas-y. Nicely done!

Hey, June! Thanks for leaving me a comment on my Frosty Snowlady from the Jingle Belles challenge. Made my day. :D

I like *your* tartan plaid Christmas card...it looks very textural with the felt. Definitely a warm, wooly holiday card! Have a great weekend.
