First, don't forget to enter for my blog candy by midnight, June 7th. There will be two winners, one for each challenge. Click here: http://simplyelegantpapercrafts.blogspot.com/2008/05/blog-candy-contest.html. I have one entry so far, thank you Yvette! I made this card from these scrap scraps (yes, I meant to type that). I taught a Father's Day card class using these ds dps at Memories two or three years ago. Last year I used the scraps to make several Father's Day cards (they are on my blog here: http://simplyelegantpapercrafts.blogspot.com/2007/06/basket-of-cards-and-scraps.html). This week I made this card from those scraps. And yes, I still have some scraps left, but they are getting small :) I even found this red-orange cs in my scrap cs bag. The vellum quote is from "Baby" Quote Stacks. The "screws" are MM. I have only used a few of those quote stacks and I have never used these "screw" eyelets (or are they snaps?) that I purchased when they were new. The base card is from my Magenta cards & envelopes. It feels good to create something out of old stash.

sign...you do more with TEENY SCRAPS...than most people do with whole sheets!!! :)
(i LOVE those screw eyelet thingies...those are PERFECT for a father's day card!!!)
Another gorgeous card!!! You might have just converted me to using up my scraps instead of stuffing them into a bag and forgetting about em! Have left a comment and link on your blog candy post too.
Very nice work and most appropriate with Father's Day coming up. I may need to enter your contest, if time permits, that is.
