The current Cut It Up challenge is "Must Use Mist." I found my mini mister, added some Grape Fizz Perfect Pearls, and misted the patterned paper. I was completely inspired by Shari Carroll; Shari used the basic design above on two different cards. I saw a card Shari made with the January 2015 Simon Says Stamp card kit and another card she created using the April 2015 card kit. I combined both ideas into one, and the end result is a winter birthday card. I added two die cuts; the pennant banner and the balloon. My sequins is by Neat and Tangled; sweetheart sequin mix and winter wonderland mix.
